    Yes. A Luminous Laundry Bag is Required to use our pick up you can purchase one from our online store if you already have a bag and would like another.

  • Do I need a subscription?

    Simple answer is no but it is highly recommended for extra savings and deals.

  • Can I choose my detergent?

    Yes, we have a selection of scented and unscented options and look forward to adding more options through your recommendations.

  • Biohazards

    We do charge extra for biohazards the fee will be determined at time of service due to the extra time and safety concerns.

  • Will we leave bags at your door?

    If your invoice is paid and you choose to have your items left at your door we are willing to do so unfortunately this is at a risk to you as we are not responsible for your items after delivery.
